How to Make Gingernut Protein Balls

  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup ground oats
    • 180g gingernut biscuits, crushed
    • 50g True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
    • 80g almond butter
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 2 tbsp almond milk
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

    Topping:

    • 60g white chocolate, melted
  • Instructions

    1. Place all ingredients, except the white chocolate, into a bowl and mix until well combined. You can also use an electric mixer with the paddle attachment. 
    2. Roll the mixture into 24 evenly sized balls and arrange on a large tray or plate.
    3. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
    4. Drizzle over the melted white chocolate, then return to the fridge for a further 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
